San Marino Motor CLASSIC donates $230,000 to charity

SAN MARINO, Calif. (August 13, 2013) - - The third annual San Marino Motor Classic donated $230,000 to three charities: Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA, Petersen Automotive Museum and the Rotary Club of San Marino.

Every year the car show gives back to charity. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA is an open door shelter that provides animal welfare and control services to seven local cities. The Petersen Automotive Museum showcases the impact of the automobile in American society through various exhibits and collections. The Rotary Club of San Marino supports civic and educational improvements in the City of San Marino.

“Our charities are the true winners,” says Aaron Weiss, Chairman and Co-Founder of the San Marino Motor Classic. “All three organizations are cherished for their respective missions and make a tremendous impact in the community. I’m honored to give so much back to them in our third year.”

Next year’s show is set for Sunday, June 8, 2014.For more information, visit
